My screen was basic in sRGB, so it was impossible for me to put it back in sRGB, so I changed to REC.709 which has the same gamut as sRGB. I just changed my screen to sRGB and Affinity Photo still works. I use only one screen

Thank you ! 😁 Affinity Photo works again and I confirm the problem of ICC profile of the screen, I changed from sRGB to REC.709 and the installation could be done ! I'm so happy ! I will be able to uninstall Photoshop 😂

Hello, The FAQ didn't really help me. I tested with the compatibility mode with Windows 7 and Windows 8, the installation appears in the taskbar and closes immediately. Hello, Following the recent update to install Windows 10 Professional 2004; Affinity Photo 1.8.3 no longer launches! I uninstalled Affinity Photo to retry a clean installation and the installation does not start. I tried with the compatibility mode (Windows 8) and the administrator mode, nothing works :/ Sorry for my bad english 😅 I speak French Alexandre
