Hi, thanks for you response. I'm using Windows 10 Home Single Language, and Wacom Intuos Ctl-4100. My Windows Ink is enabled in Wacom settings. Yes, Freehand Polygonal Selection Tool is the only tool that can't complete a selection. Everything is fine with pen tool.
