I have a Windows 10 all in one desktop. The program does not respond on numerous occasions and is slower. What do I do when it doesn't respond?

I do not like the new version. It is very slow and painting on masks isn't working correctly. I have to paint over 3 times. Can I uninstall and reinstall 1.9.2?

I have been using masks ever since I had the program. When I try to paint with a soft basic brush or hard brush it is very light. I have to paint over about 3 times now. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I have been losing different functions in my studio and the top right. I tried to reset the studio but it didn't help. Now, there are no functions on the left side at all! Please help!

BTW, her hair was black and I was able to color it red with no problem until I started to paint the bra. This happens all the time.

I was painting with a black and white mask in a specific area that was showing the black and white and it stopped.

It is the Affinity Photo program which I bought and downloaded to my computer. I started off with a free trial. I'm trying to use masks to change colors to certain things in a picture. When I was painting it stopped and I could not continue and had to start all over again. Yesterday, I tried to use a black and white mask and it showed a weird color and the places I painted and not all Black and White. I think this is a bad program and maybe I need to uninstall it and get another one. I'm very disappointed!!!!

I have tried to use different features on the program and keep getting glitches or not working when using masks, healing tool etc.

I signed up for the 90 day free trial and when I opened up the program it said it was a 10 day free trial. I don't know how to resolve this problem.

Hi,
I was using the program when all of a sudden I didn't see part of the program. I reset Studio and it did not appear. I tried clicking on different options but they all didn't work to bring it back. It is on the top of the program where you would find wet brushes and color intensity etc.
I would really appreciate your help in this matter.
