Hi,
I bought Affinity Photo 2 weeks ago.
My operating system is Windows 10-64bit.
The installation worked perfectly. The program start also works.
But every time I want to load an image into the software, the software crashes. It always happens no matter which way I want to open the picture. The file type is irrelevant.
Shortly before the installation I upgraded my operating system from Windows 7 to windows 10. I also updated all drivers. I also checked the four programs.
Do you have any suggestions?

Hi,
thanks for your support.
there are two graphics cards in my laptop (why?) (Intel HD Graphics 3000 and NVIDIA Quadro 1000M). With both of them I followed your advice without successfully getting the software to run. Then I deactivated the second graphics card. After that, the software also worked.
If I interpret it correctly, it was due to the "AGP surface acceleration". It was off.
Now, i´ll hope that the system is running well.
