There is no indication, either in the brush selection list, or even in a brush properties UI, which brush is selected/ in use. Please add this support. I have to keep manual notes and screenshots of what brush I'm using. Would also be a great feature to be able to assign a color, like you can do to a layer, to a brush.

User Error. Solved. I had defined an export slice inadvertently, and moved the visual artifact partly out of the slide boundaries.

We're sorry for the delay in replying. The brushes where updated when we released our 1.8 updates, not sure why this category was removed but i've attached the brushes category to this thread, it just needs to be imported into Affinity Photo on the Brushes panels Preference menu dropdown.
