At the top left of the Brushes Studio panel there is a 'burger' menu (looks like four horizontal lines). Click on that & choose "Import Brushes ..." from the menu that pops up. Navigate to where your .abr file is stored & select it.

Note that Publisher does support both vector & raster brushes but to access & use them, you must have Designer (for vector) & Photo (for raster) installed so you can use Publisher's Designer & Photo personas via StudioLink.

You have not said if you are a Mac or PC user, but for Macs (& maybe for PC's but someone else will have to verify that) there are several other ways to import brushes into any of the Affinity desktop apps. One is to right-click on the brushes file in Finder & use the "Open with..." popup menu item to import it into the Affinity app of your choice. Another is to drag the brushes file into the app's workspace window. A third is to drag & drop the file onto the application icon either in the Applications folder or onto its Dock icon if you have it there.

Note also that Photo will import vector brushes but can't use them.

Hello there! I'm pretty new to the Affinity Suite and I kinda have a problem that you partially stated in your answer! "Note also that Photo will import vector brushes but can't use them." AF says that are imported but what if I wanna take them away? Cause everytime I drag and drop vector brushes in it keeps creating new brushes categories!
I hope you understand what's the issue and I apologize if I explained it badly,
    thanks in advance!
