I have to install all my programs which I have on my old laptop. I have the license key, but only some. For some reason I left off the last section when I copied it.. was back in 2013 or 2014. I need to have that program to do my digital imaging. How do I retrieve the whole key? Thank you

I get images from my desktop or a folder.. just click on menu and find it on desktop and add.

I just purchased and iinstalled the program on my win7, and win10. Won't open on win7..says I need to install something. Don't know what this is. And it does open on Win10, but doesn't work like my PhotoPlusX8.. I want to overlay one image on another and erase and the top image and move it around, but when I add the second image over, I can't move it and both images are one and not 2 layers that I can work?

I have PPX6 and PPX8 I upgraded to 8 when 6 wasn't working right.. and they (Serif) told me they are not supported any more? Huh? I PAID for both programs.. and they still work but tend to pop off in the middle of an image and I lose everything.. So if I want an upgrade, I have to BUY Affinity? Not right. What's with that? And from what I read here Affinity is not the same or desn't work the same.. id that right?
