  1. thank you for asking. it turns out that the old version of Affinity was still installed on my computer in the office. Normally this works automatically, that's why I hadn't paid attention to it in the beginning, but now everything works!

  3. What all files actually have in common is a _ (underscore) in the file name. I will test if this is the culprit ...
  4. Unfortunately, that makes no difference. I've tried everything I can think of. I have zipped and unzipped the files via WeTransfer and e-mail. Nothing works, the files cannot be opened.
  5. Thank you! :-) I have been working on several affinity files (Publisher, Photo and Designer) in my home office over the last months. I closed all files and transferred them via WeTransfer to my Windows PC in the office. None of the files can be opened there.
  6. I have the problem that I cannot open affinity files that I created on a Mac on a Windows PC. I always get the message "File seems to be damaged". What could be the Problem?
