Thanks for this. Following your suggestion did get that weird back cover color to go away. The print edition is still looking a lot more washed out than the ebook, though, and I don't know why it has a random black border around it.

I was using the line breaks instead of the paragraph breaks, and switching those fixed my problem. Thanks so much for your help!

That's a really cool tool! My photo did not really seem to have a lot of noise to remove, and when I did there wasn't much of a noticeable difference. But that's a really cool option to keep in mind for future use.
