Late perhaps but I would like to add my 'Yes please' to this request. I know I can use a rectangle, but not having to go through this step every time for every artboard would be a great improvement.

Thank you so much for these! Kind of a new user, just getting to appreciate how powerful brushes are; came here to see if anyone had made any nice dot-type brushes and... wow. This is a gem. You rock!
