I miss this feature too. Select same fill is not quite the same.
    Thanks.

I too would like this non rasterised method of recolouring artwork. Hadn't realised it was missing until today when using "other peoples artwork" with the need to recolour and reduce colour numbers – and had to switch back to illustrator make adjustments and reimport.
Had used the recolour… option in AD and not realised until outputting as a EPS that this was a pixelating process.
Don't use all the time, but when you know its there in AI and then can't achieve easily in AD it's frustrating.

This feature is from illustrator (i used cs4).
this is very powerful features which allow to re-color any part of an object: symbols, shapes, groups etc'

It shows the user all the color used, and let him modify any of them.
saves the user time of selecting objects and sub object individually.
    Attaching pic.

also the ability to make  a keyboard short cut to it is vey important.

    I'm very miss this thing.

    Thanks,
    Rotem.

Erkan Sonmez reacted to Script in Basic Animated Gif Editing
I realise Affinity Photo doesn't allow animated GIF editing currently (only the first frame is loaded), and i read in the help forum it isn't planned. However, I would love it if:
    1) When an animated gif is loaded, each frame is loaded into a timeline, where you can set the time delay for each frame.
    2) Each frame is on its own layer for editing
    3) The edited gif could then be exported as an animated gif.

It is one of the only major features I miss from Photoshop, and yep, I am aware you try to avoid direct comparisons, and I understand why.
So far, the program is great though! Thanks.

Erkan Sonmez reacted to xresch in Brush Tool: Previews too small
The Previews of the brushes are too small.
When you have a lot of similar brushes, it is actually hard to find the one your are looking for:

In Photoshop you can choose different ways of displaying brushes.
Here the biggest previews are 64x64px(in CS6), but 128px would be my preferred display size.

    My suggestion:
I would give option for display style and display size:
    Display Style:
Text only List Thumbnail Thumbnail with (Stroke) Preview Display Size:
Small (16x16px) Medium (32x32px) Large (64x64px) Extra Large (128x128px) I used this technique for some dashboard on a monitoring website.
In your case, you would just need to use a variable for the size factor and multiply the base size(e.g. 16x16px) with it and calculate the height of the preview, while the width would depend on the brush view size.

With this you would handle most needs a brush user could have for displaying the brushes. :-)
