Raw files open pixelated (Blasterbob31)

I use Nikon cameras (D750 and D810). I was having the same problem if I imported from Photos. However, if I imported from Files by using the Import From Cloud option and navigating to a folder where I had put the relevant file(s), it worked just fine, opening in the Develop Persona.
