It may be only me but I often like to work in percentages. I think it would be a dandy idea if percentage was one of the units options of measurement, appearing on the ruler, and in options like resizing, changing canvas size and so on. I am not sure how hard that would be to work in or how many would use a feature like that but I do know I would like and use it.
