  1. It solves the issue! Thank you! So it seems to be a driver problem.
  2. OS: Windows 11 Affinity photo:1.10.5.1342 Steps to reproduce: Open and image,e.g. https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/d/d1/Ischnura_senegalensis_August_2008.jpg Filters - Colors - Auto Levels Export images as tiff with TIFF RGB 16-bit preset Some pixels become transparent and results transparent lines on image Other information: Export as 8bits tiff seems not have this issue I can confirm Auto Levels filter causes this issue but other filters is untested. Exporting image without edit seems not have this issue Ischnura_senegalensis_August_2008.tiff
  3. Similar Issue, Affinity Photo crashes frequently that I have to save my file regularly. I wonder if it's due to the low hardware performance but my hardware is not so bad (Intel i5-1135G7 with 8GB memory), and sometimes it works smoothly. Here are some crash reports, hope they will be helpful. reports.7z
  4. Affinity Photo version: 1.8.3.641 Operating system version: Windows 10 I previously reported a similar issue: Now I found out where the real problem is. This has nothing to do with OneDrive, but with the file path. When a path of HEIC file contains Non-Latin characters (such as Chinese characters or Japanese characters) , the file won't be opened by Affinity Photo. HEIC files with paths in Full-Latin characters works fine. And although without fully tested, there is no such issue with images with other extensions (at least .jpg). So it seems that the HEIC decoder cannot read Non-Latin paths.
  5. Thanks😀I checked my language preference and found that no item was selected, while the user interface is indeed displayed in the local language. Now the Help can display in local language after setting the language preference.
  6. Affinity Photo version: 1.8.3.641 Operating system: Windows 10 There where several translated Affinity Photo Help documents in Affinity Photo 1.7, and I could access them by typing F1. However, Affinity Photo Help can only display in English now and there there is no button to switch languages. I found this problem since the release of Affinity Photo 1.8, but at the time I thought the translation of the document was discarded. However, I just found these translated documents in the PhotoHelp floder, and I can read them with my browser. So why doesn't the Affinity Photo Help menu display these translated documents?
  7. These files are stored locally. I’m not sure if some of my settings prevent these files from being opened. But the weirdest thing is that those jpeg files in the same folder can be opened smoothly.
  8. Sure. In face all the heic files on my computer meet the same problem. 20200530_180947.heic
  9. Affinity Photo version: 1.8.3.641 Operating system version: Windows 10 Pro 18363.778 I took some pictures in heic format with my phone and using OneDrive to sync them between phone and PC. These photos can be displayed in the OneDrive folder on my PC and can be opened them with several softwares except Affinity Photo. It just repots "The file type is not supported." However, after I moved these pictures out of the OneDrive folder, they can be opened by Affinity Photo successfully. I try to create a heic format file with Microsoft Paint and the problem can be reproduced, so it's not because of the phone. Other formats like .jpg do not have this problem.
