[Error message while exporting for PDF]

I am trying to convert a newsletter with hyperlinks to a .pdf and I keep getting an error.  It says, "An error occurred while exporting to: "file name".  I have tried several of the items listed here, and although exporting to the .png and then to a .pdf did work - my hyperlinks will not work.  I have done this several times in the past with no issues.  Even larger file sizes (due to more photos in those files).  I just cannot figure out what is going on?

[Can i install the software in more than one computer?]

If I download for my personal computer, can I also use it on my work computer?  My office is on a "no extra purchases" right now due to COVID-19, so I am considering buying it myself and using it for work.  I may eventually get reimbursed, but I won't have any guarantees.  My employer has purchased the photo and designer previously, but I now want Publisher as well Currently using the free trial and I love it!
