Lightroom to Affinity and back

in Pre-V2 Archive of Affinity on Desktop Questions (macOS and Windows)

I have lightroom on a pc and a Mac now on the Mac I can export to Affinity photo no problem on the PC I get catastrophic error and it will not work I have tried every setting I can think of any help
