I got Designer/Photo from the App Store, but the way you mentioned above don't work because there is no entry "com.seriflabs.affinitydesigner" in that place. But may by I'm wrong about the source I got the app. What's the way to find out from which source O got the app?

When I try to define a new own layout (by pressing the (+) the program crashes. Same behavior in Designer and Photo. This issue is new after installing BigSur

I have the same problem and a lot more.... My impression is, that Affinity Tools are not so professional as other tools on the market. For big players it‘s self-evident to integrate professional tools - for Affinity obviously not

I‘ve a lot of Problems with the combination AP and Wacom Intuos Pro on my mac too. And I‘ really pissed on this situation specially when I see that PS elements works perfect with the Wacom tool. Nothing works really good using the graphic tablet for AP. Some problems are described above (e.g. brush size and hardness). But also more simple functions didn‘t work. To use the wheel for zoom or/and scrolling isn‘t possible. I can configure ist in the Wacom settings but it doesn‘t work in AP. If AP is truly to be seen as a (Adobe) replacement, surely this has to be overworked extremly. Or ist AP only a unambitious solution for amateurs only using mouse?
