  1. Thanks. So, is this stated somewhere by affinity, that licenses are for mayor versions only? Also, i wonder if they have a reduced upgrade-price and what it is, or if that's the full price.
  2. I have the same Question, and the Links are not valid anymore... Also, is there any info on roughly how often new roadmaps will come out? Do new roadmaps correlate to new major releases? currently 1.8, so i mean 2.0 by major... or has affinity a different scheme? What i want to know is an estimate for how long a license will get me the latest version. The answer "after the end of the roadmap" seems not to be a time- answer... unless the roadmap has dates in it...
  3. Affinity Photo confirm-close-dialogue window (ask if u want to save) has no button initially focused. Is that on Purpose? (Why?) I think for dialogue windows like these, most software has a default focus on one of the buttons (eg. on yes = save), so it can be confirmed by ENTER. Some, eg. Eg. MS Office then allows to move between buttons by arrow keys... Adobe Reader has the focus on default button, but only tabbing between buttons.
  4. Thanks. Sorry, my bad for not searching ahead of asking. That's cool too. But a custom 4-key shortcut vs. 2-key ENTER 2-key is not that big of a gain keys-wise and in some situations less intuitive. Especially considering affinity might have a lot of convert- users, eg. me and SKAffinity from the linked topic... i see + fast - Need to find/learn first - Need to separately remember - more complicated grip (i guess shortcuts can be customized to get around this...) So i could imagine to have the other behaviour too might be still a UX tweak worth.
  5. I'm coming from Adobe Fireworks, and a cool little feature there i loved was the following: Upon pressing ctrl-N for a new file, it suggested the dimensions of any image it was seeing in the clipboard. So one just had to hit enter, then paste in that image from the clipboard, and it would fit the canvas of the new document...
