Since I live in Switzerland, it's set to German-Switzerland (mac and keyboard) and I even tried several times clear all shortcuts and serif defaults. I tried Apple standard as well. I tried EVERYTHING!

After I launch the app for the first time of today: I change the Zoom In to CMD+ I close the preferences dialog to try it out, but Zoom In only works with CMD-SHIFT-! After I go to preferences, I got this: I have this issue on all 3 apps. Bought them via Affinity store.

Hi Until 5 days ago I was running Monterey on my Mac. Now, after upgrading to Ventura, the issue still remains. I can restart whatever I want. It's not possible to change the shortcuts to CMD+ Zoom-In

Yep, same here! I tried to CMD+ to zoom-in, but nothing happened. So I checked the preferences and Zoom-In was set to CMD!, so I changed it to CMD+. Didn't worked. So I went back to preferences and Zoom-In was set to SHIFT-CMD-1. What the... I overwrote it with CMD+, closed the preferences window, wasn't able to zoom-in with CMD+, reopened the preferences window and Zoom-In was set to CMD`. I mean... WHAT THE....???? Btw.: Manually setting to "Serif Default" doesn't do anything.

I have the same issue with all three v2's since day one, even I do NOT have the Yield icon. I tried everything, from deleting and overwriting the ⌘! to set to Affinity Default. If i set the Zoom-In to ⌘+, it switches back to ⌘!, or sometimes to ⌘1.

Same on mac. I tried to change the Zoom-In shortcut to "cmd+", but it always switches back to something else. In current case to "cmd!".

Hi Why am I not able to export to PDF in Designer (Photo and Publisher doesn't work as well btw)? If I remove the three images, everything works fine, but with these three images I got an error message. Im using version 10.14.6 Mojave and the Apple Store version. EDIT: Rasterising is not an option, because even the PDF's have to be editable. EDIT 2: I tried the BETA 1.8.4.1. No Problem at all, so it has to be a big Bug in the current version. Same here. In Publisher and Designer. Client is waiting and I'm not able to export a afpub file to PDF. I'm close to switching back to Adobe, because this crap is ruining my business! Reinstalling did not solve the problem.
