I’m having an inconvenient issue with Windows 10 which is making it impossible for me to use Affinity Designer/Photo. Every app downloaded from the Microsoft Store as well as the Microsoft Store itself has been automatically removed from my computer. I can’t redownload Affinity Photo/Designer either as the Microsoft Store no longer works.
What I need is a direct download link to Affinity Designer/Photo that does not redirect me to the Microsoft Store. Can you help me?
I don't know that I have access to an Affinity serial number but I do have access to a Microsoft order number.
I’ve been in contact with Microsoft support for a long time now and they’ve made it clear that no troubleshooting will correct these issues. Even reinstalling the OS has failed. I have been told by Microsoft support to merely submit feedback and hope an update eventually fixes these problems.
(Unrelated but for the sake of context, in addition to all this, no other first-party windows apps work either, such as the Photos app or Video app. Certain commands don’t work anymore either such as the screenshot command. The start button doesn’t even work. -_-;)
