inpainting brush tool

Fernandost posted a topic in Pre-V2 Archive of Affinity on Desktop Questions (macOS and Windows)

I just purchased affinity photo for my MacBook Pro, I am just learning the basics, there are some nice tutorials online, when attempting using the inpainting tool brush, somehow my brush does not hightlight in red, therefore I am unable to see what I am doing, Can anyone please comment on this subject, thanks in advance.
