  1. Yes, that worked. But I thought there would be an easier way to do it like how it is done on the desktop, the fill with primary or secondary color option.
  2. I tried searching in help, youtube and here in the forums. I don't know if I'm searching wrong. Can any one please help on how to fill with foreground color in the ipad app as we do in the desktop one. I need to select some areas and fill them with the selected foreground color for my work but I'm not able to find the option for it.
  3. Please implement this. I have so many instances where I need to select same object for changes and the locked objects are selected as well. I don't want the locked objects to be affected.
  4. Thank you for the clarification. I understand you only support the official photoshop psd but for people who want to get out of Adobe's hold, supporting photopea will be very helpful. Anyway keep up the good work and purchasing Affinity is one of the best decisions I have done..
  5. Hi @Dan C I have attached 2 files 1. "Smart Object from Photoshop" edited in psd and 2. "Smart Object from Photopea" saved after opening in photopea. Hope we can get a solution for this. I don't want to go back to Photoshop. Smart Object from Photopea.psd Smart Object from Photoshop.psd
  6. This problem of smart objects converting to pixel layer only happens on a psd document edited in photopea. Any psd saved in photoshop works fine.
  7. I had a photoshop file that I edited in Photopea since I don't use photoshop anymore. But the smart objects in the psd file are converted into pixel layers when opened in Affinity Photo. Any idea why this happens and how to solve it?
  8. Yup, this is the only method that seems to work for pixel layers and images. You need to have a fill if you want the image or anything you are placing inside the object to be visible, otherwise you will see the image only on the outlines.
  9. I do mock-ups of customers logos on our bags but after the recent update to 1.9.1, the live perspective filter changes the layout when reopening the document. The same thing happens in any DPI. Even the masking changes position. This makes it difficult to set up templates. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug? My steps, 1. I create a empty .afphoto file for placing artworks/logos. 2. I open a photo for mock-up and place the .afphoto artwork placement file created earlier. 3. Double click on the artwork placement object which acts like photoshop's smart object and opens in a new window. 4. I place the .pdf or .afdesign which contains the required artwork. 5. Go back to mock-up file, add live perspective filter and make necessary changes. 6. Export and save. This was the first export. This is after reopening the document.
