I have just installed a new copy of Affinity Photo 2.3.1 on a freshly installed window 10 pc. When I go to 'open' a file (cr2) I only see an icon not the thumbnail? Any suggestions? Thanks

Just Updated to Affinity Photo 1.10.5...; after applying a high pass filter to a photo and selecting 'overlay' blend mode the photo did not reappear?

I took 9 photos for a pano and each scene was bracketed - 2 stops each side of normal. I then saved each edited HDR (3 photos) to a file folder. Next step was to open a 'new pano' and select the 9 hdr photos, however the photos where not seen by Affinity yet I can see them when opened in windows explorer. Any suggestions? Thanks PS: I'm using Windows 10-desktop and Affinity Photo version: 1.10.1.142
