  1. Hi Pauls, Thanks for getting back to me on that, I actually deleted the file and then re built it and I haven't had the problem on the "new" version of it. I'll keep my eyes open for it happening again and then I can send you copies of the file to look into. Thanks Euan
  2. Hi JazzyBou, On the Mac version you go to "Window" in the top file menu and then you can get to Reseource Manager. It's greyed out in my screenshot as I don't have a file open, only Publisher. Hope that helps :)
  3. Thanks Jon, I've uploaded the file to the Dropbox link, hopefully that is useful in diagnosis
  4. Hi Jon, I've just uploaded the crash report to the dropbox link. I'm not sure what you mean by "linked resourced from iCloud" but if you mean are the resources in the file on a cloud drive then yes. I keep the files on the companies Google drive (source and crashing file). I have it set up so I can access the files offline (so that the files are synced on my hard drive). I apply this system to all the files that I'm using including the Designer files that will allow me to access the Resource Manager and the files that crash when I use Resource Manager. Thanks Euan
  5. Designer 2 crashes when trying to open Resource Manager. The crash occurs when opening the file and using the pop up to get to the resource manager or when navigating to the RM via "Window" Not every file that I work on crashes the programme, however it happens on a reasonable number of files to make it difficult to actually do my work. Macbook Pro Mid 2015 - Apple M1 Max OS 12.6.2 Designer 2 - 2.0.3 crash report.docx
  6. I'm having the same problem on multiple different files. (on Designer 2)
  7. Hi, I am finding that Affinity Designer 2 is crashing almost every single time that I open Resource Manager to manage and update linked files. This is a feature that I use a lot and it is causing significant issues to my workflow. Is there a fix coming soon on this?
  8. I am running Publisher version 1.9.0 on a Macbook Pro with OS 10.14.6 I have several Publisher files that I link to Designer files (via picture frames) and when I copy the Publisher file to create a new project and try to use the resource manager to replace all the various pages from one designer file to another I find that the resource manager now simply adds one random page from the new designer file to publisher and all the other pages from the old file remain. Before I upgraded to 1.9.0 this replacement feature worked very well and now it doesn't appear to work. I tried today to completely rebuild a new publisher document in case there was an issue with the copied and pasted Publisher files and I have encountered the same issue. Any help would be appreciated
  9. Thanks for the suggestion, I've tried out the place option, but whenever I update the excel file then I have to update the publisher file and place the excel file in again which is a longwinded process when I am doing this many times a day.
  10. Hi, is it possible to add the facility to link to an excel file page, rather than simply embedding the page? In another part of the forum someone suggested a workaround that Publisher would link to a pdf file, and whilst this kind of works it has a large impact on workflow. I can currently do this on inDesign, but I am looking to move away from Adobe if possible and this lack of feature makes it hard to do Thanks in advance for your help
  11. I am new to Affinity and I confess that I am disappointed that there appears to be no facility to link excel files into Publisher however the pdf option that you suggest can be made to work for me, however I was wondering if there is a way of selecting which page of the pdf is displayed as my pdf document is over 30 pages.
