Anyone else have an idea ... I need to be able to use the programs

Not working either

this screen shows and I click clear and back to no responding

Windows 10 Pro , program is installed and I try to launch it via the photo icon in start menu.

I try to open the program and it is trying to , but than ends in "photo is not responding" this goes for all 3 programs , Firewall is off, cookies are cleared

Version ending in 88

Since new download ...88 problems loading I had uninstalled old version, Installed new one ending 88 and NON of the programs are opening after install.... it gets stuck in not responding. fire wall is turned off.

I purchased the designer , publisher and photo software last week. the original download was fine. Everything opened and was ok. Today I was prompted to download the update affinity-designer-1.8.3.exe as well as the update for photo and publisher ... and the 2 I downloaded, once ready to install, gives failed installation messages. Now none of the programs work . I uninstalled everything and reinstalled the new version. same error messages. Thank you for any advice.
