Hoax

Seems simple enough right? I'm kinda of new to the software so apologies in advance. Could anyone shed some light on this subject please? I want to be able to divide a 16:9 screen in as many parts I want. I'll require around 80 parts. It'd be great to have black lines against a white solid background. And export that as an image. Jpeg would be fine. Thank You so much for Your time and patience.
