Barbara, I was never able to find a fix so I've just started saving all of my files with a PDF copy. So sad to hear you experienced this!

Yeah, mine never ended up working so I had to start over from scratch. I have learned to save everything each time as a PDF before closing just to make sure I can reopen things if this occurs.

25 KB, a KB from the size as one of the other files I made the day before that was super similar. That's what I thought at first was maybe the file saved or stoped in mid-process but it appears to have the information in it but will not open. The main thing I was looking for is the fonts that are inside of it as my library is super large. Do you know if there is a way to read the file contents at all if it doesn't open?

Yesterday I made a file and saved it in Affinity Publisher. Today when I try to open it, it says "Failed to open file. The file type is not supported." (The file type is .afpub and the document was created and saved in Affinity.) Has anyone experienced this issue or would know how to fix it?

Since the update the option for grain under opacity in color is missing from my design space. Does anyone know how to get it back? The only way I can access it is to go to color overlay which takes so much more time and is lacking the percentage that used to be there.
