new update 1.8.3 for both Publisher & designer have locked me out of both programs on my computer. Publisher updated fine, but designer failed and shutdown my acces to both programs stating I may not have appropriate access. How do I access the programs I paid for? All work I have done is not accessible until this gets fixed!
