  1. The only way to resolve the problem is to figure out how to save Affinity projects to iCloud manually and one At a time, then delete Affinity Designer, and re-download the app, pay for the new version and hope you can re-download your old affinity projects to the current Afdesign. If you don’t save your old projects correctly however, you lose all your work in the process. It’s crazy.
  2. This is really annoying. My afdesign stopped saving docs to iCloud again. I’m guessing you guys did some new update recently or something. Because it’s like the old version stops saving documents when some new Afdesign version is made.
  3. l'm having the same issue. Affinity design is not saving on the icloud. My save settings are set to store on iCloud, and everything else saves to the cloud, but not Affinity design
  4. Not much of a choice unfortunately. I tried to save everything manually to the cloud because cloud wasn't automatically saving affinity designer, then I had to uninstall designer and re-download the app. I still lost some files too strangely.
  5. Deleting the Affinity design and reinstalling it seemed to work. Still lost a few files unfortunately but I’ll redraw them. Thanks
  6. I closed some files that I didn’t need in Affinity designer, but I’m concerned about deleting the app and reinstalling it since I don’t know how to regain the files I made. The cloud doesn’t seem to register affinity designer so I’m concerned that if I delete the app, my work will be lost. My iPad says 511.6 of 512gigs used, so even saving photos to upload here is tricky, which is kinda crazy.
  7. I'm unable to save anymore updates on Affinity Designer because it's taking up too much storage space. What's more, I can't seem to uploade some of the storage to iCloud to free up space on my iPad. Why is Affinity taking up so much space? How to resolve the problem? How to upload the data to iCloud?
  8. I don't know if this thread is still active, but recently my affinity designer file is taking up WAY too much space as well. 511 of 512 gigs of space or more accurately 494.92GB of space of 512 gigs.
  9. I cleared my history for my files and they seem to be working without crashing...for now.
  10. I cleared the history and did a brief run and the file did not crash...for now. I’ll see if it continues to hold up. I think it’s important to note that I made other files, and after a while, they did the same thing. I’m guessing I need to clear their history too, but I’m wondering if this is normal to experience when using programs.
  11. There’s no other official info on the pin. If I send a video of the Apple Pencil Info it will only say Apple Pencil and won’t say anything about generations or anything else other than double tap to erase and charge info. The pencil charges when attached to the iPad. The app does crash when using my fingers. I don’t see a share option for sending data so I guess I’ll stick to sending videos for now...or something.
  12. I’m using an iPad Apple Pencil when drawing in the Affinity App and it doesn’t show any other info other than it’s an Apple pencil. The iPad model number is iPad Pro 12.9 3rd generation. Model number MTFP2LL/ATrying to figure out how to send the report. I’ll send this brief video for now. Not sure if it helps IMG_0347.MP4
  13. Here’s the video. This app will crash on any file I make after I have made a certain amount of drawings and include color. IMG_0346.MP4
  14. I mentioned that my file was crashing in another post, but nothing has been done about it and it’s been several weeks since then. Is this stuff going to be fixed or what? Bedroom_Mickey.afdesign
  15. These crashes are really becoming annoying at this point.
