I would like to see the UNITS option have an INCHES default selection. As a photographer I only import photos to work on and only use INCHES. It is a real pain in the neck to have UNITS change back to PIXELS every time I use a tool, etc. I'm surprised that there has been no previous request for this. I never create NEW documents - only open or import existing photos. Thanks

jmwellborn Thanks for the reply. I only open existing documents (photos) to work on. I never use NEW document. Unfortunately your suggestion is of no help. I just can't believe that Serif hasn't implemented the ability to change the default startup for this option. I also can't believe that there have not been other photographers who haven't brought this up before to Serif. Again, thanks -

Is there any way to set the DEFAULT UNITS to inches instead of pixels so that when I start Affinity Photo is will be inches - not pixels?
