No scale function for tiny buttons for big screens

Good evening, I don't understand why none of the buttons don't offer 21:9 scaling for larger monitors? I have a 38 inch monitor and use a 3840 resolution, which makes the buttons too tiny. Please dear developers improve this simple thing. Thanks.
