Hi Gear Maker - I'm on Yosemite, and have both iPhoto and Photos. iPhoto still works fine, is still in my Applications folder. It seems both can work fine-just a matter of choosing which one you prefer an continue to use. -

Is there any prospect/rumour/plan for Affinity/Serif developing a Photo manager/organiser/cataloguer?

I currently use iPhoto as it provides easy access to current editor of choice-PSE. Liking the look and ease of use of Affinity from what I have seen and heard and not overly keen on LR/PS subscription. What would folks recommend as a good accessible Library/catalogue manager that works smoothly with Affinity - in terms of saving back into the catalogue especially. Many thanks!
