When my font is Minion Pro, and I choose small caps, they are True SCs, correct?

How do I place my photo in the discussion icon.

Based on all that is transpiring (transpired, word coined by James Michener) here, someone who is technically qualified, might write a book on small caps. Title suggestions: Small Caps-true or false; Small Caps-genuine or fake; A short history of small caps; True small caps-Who cares? Small caps for the connoisseur. Any witty titles out there?

To emphasize words in stories without darkening the text by applying Bold, I created small caps text styles with a dedicated small caps font. I like Spectral SC (available to download free) for this. Am I on the right track, or do you envisage some demons lurking in shady places?

This can get rather complicated, if we let it. Fontsquirrel.com lists 16 free small caps font families.

The new Publisher Workbook is a great resource for a user who wants to learn the nuts and bolts of the application. I’m watching for another half price sale, to buy the Designer and Photo Workbooks.

Styles, colors, links, etc. being used in a document.

Why is it, when I select part of a paragraph & apply a different style, the entire paragraph changes?

Is it possible to generate a summary of document settings?

After opening some IDML files, they work erratically & frequently crash. Better to create new files.

Recently purchased version 1.8 for Windows 10 Pro. Keeps crashing, especially with some files. Font manager says many of my installed fonts are missing. Works erratically & is slow to respond to keystrokes. These files work fine in InDesign CS4. I like the way it works, when it does work.
