Topaz plugins

Hi, Has anyone gotten Topaz to work, yet? Using the "/" as support got Nik up and running, but I still get a dialog box saying that topaz won't work. Thanks in advance for any ideas.

OK-I feel really feel stupid, but I can't figure out how to add a backslash to the support folder, ("/") Could someone help, please?
