Thanks for the suggestion. I double checked and all three are together on the top level. I did what you said about opening, closing both Photo and Designer and it still didn't work. Any other thoughts?

I looked forward to being able to stay in Publisher and yet use the tools in Photo and Designer. It is not working for me. I get a pop-up saying I need to buy the other two. I've already bought them and installed them. I also had all three apps check for updates and all three say 1.8.1 Is there something else I need to do?
