Unfortunately I'm not familiar with V3 and unfortunately I can't read Korean so its very difficult to say what the app might be flagging but I can assure you this is a false positive. its likely being caused by the app calling to the following addresses: https://affinity.api.serifservices.com https://affinity.serif.com Adding these through your antivirus firewall etc may stop this issue.   5. Hi Patsu please could you tell me the version number of Affinity Photo you are using? Please could you also tell me if this crashes when opening any two files or just two RAW files etc? I would be interested to know if this still occurs when opening two JPEGs. Thanks C

  10. Just to confirm are you still having issues since the 2.2.1 update? This sounds like it may be a seperate issue to the one originally mentioned in this thread. Please could you start a separate thread regarding this?

  17. Hi Blakar1988, Please could you try opening the app with the CTRL key held down and if the reset menu appears ensure the first 3 options are ticked and then hit reset. This should hopefully solve your issue. Thanks C
