  1. Hi Wjflynn, Do you know if you were using the MSIX or MSIEXE installers? typically this error occurs when trying to launch more than one Affinity app at a time please could you try opening each app without any other apps running? Thanks C

  8. Would you be able to provide a screen recording demonstrating you renaming the brushes.propcol file and then reopening the app and brushes still not being reset to default settings? Thanks C
  9. Hi Brezanac, I'm not familiar with Cross Over but I can't think of any reasons we wouldn't allow running the apps this way please note however we won't accept any bug reports etc that can only be replicated on a none supported operating system. Thanks C
  10. Hi Kerie, I believe this is a known issue as a workaround you should still be able to apply the master by dragging it onto the page please could you try this? This is something we should hopefully have fixed soon. Thanks C

  14. This is something that is still logged with our developers to be fixed unfortunately it looks like other fixes/features have taken priority hopefully this is something we get round to addressing soon.

  16. Hi Studio Jason, As this crash is only occuring when trying this with one frame does deleting and recreating the frame solve this issue at all? If not would be able to provide a copy of the document in question along with the image you are using so I can try and replicate this here? It may also help if you could provide a screen recording or steps I can follow to reproduce this. Thanks C

Hi Vivery, Welcome to the forums, Provided you still have the original .Afpublisher file you should just need to open it in Affinity Publisher then navigate to document setup and adjust the page size accordingly in the dimensions panel. You may also need to adjust the settings in the scaling panel to ensure your page contents resize correctly. Let me know if you have any issues. Thanks C

  20. Hi VB_ART, I'm not sure if I understand what you mean by GPG but you should just need to open the .afphoto file in Affinity Photo and then navigate to File > Export and select JPG. Thanks C

  22. Hi UweN, This file seems to be exporting fine here for me I wonder if Oufti might be right is this the standard Arial that came pre installed on Windows? If possible could you provide a copy of the font file?
