Hi Brezanac, I'm not familiar with Cross Over but I can't think of any reasons we wouldn't allow running the apps this way please note however we won't accept any bug reports etc that can only be replicated on a none supported operating system. Thanks C

Hi Kerie, I believe this is a known issue as a workaround you should still be able to apply the master by dragging it onto the page please could you try this? This is something we should hopefully have fixed soon. Thanks C

Hi Studio Jason, As this crash is only occuring when trying this with one frame does deleting and recreating the frame solve this issue at all? If not would be able to provide a copy of the document in question along with the image you are using so I can try and replicate this here? It may also help if you could provide a screen recording or steps I can follow to reproduce this. Thanks C

Hi Vivery, Welcome to the forums, Provided you still have the original .Afpublisher file you should just need to open it in Affinity Publisher then navigate to document setup and adjust the page size accordingly in the dimensions panel. You may also need to adjust the settings in the scaling panel to ensure your page contents resize correctly. Let me know if you have any issues. Thanks C

Hi UweN, This file seems to be exporting fine here for me I wonder if Oufti might be right is this the standard Arial that came pre installed on Windows? If possible could you provide a copy of the font file?
