  1. This is a well documented issue here on the forums that is unfortunately a bug with iOS as far as we can tell. We have reported this to Apple ourselves but as of yet it seems not much has been done to fix this. You can read more about this along with some work arounds that may free up the space for you in the below thread.
  2. Hi Calebcudjoe, Its hard to see what might be happening just from screenshots I'm afraid. If possible could you provide a copy of the problem images along with the editing steps you are performing so I can look into this further with you. Thanks C
  3. Hi Atomic1975, Its hard to say why this is happening without seeing a screenshot of your Layers tab or a copy of the file I'm afraid. If possible could you provide one or both of those so I can advise you further Thanks C
  4. Hi TMT, Please could you confirm if this issue still occurs using our latest 2.0.4 build of Affinity 2? Thanks C
  5. Hi AndyV, Its hard to say what might be causing this without seeing a copy of the files I'm afraid. If possible could you upload them to the following DropBox link so I can try this at my end? https://www.dropbox.com/request/q1AENg4wMrQfjOkvs4l6 Thanks C
  6. Hi Mbdarbs, I have logged this with our developers to be fixed in a future update Thanks C
  7. Hi Augustya, When using the Swatches panel and navigating to Create Palette from Image you should find a slider towards the bottom of the window that appears that allows you to choose the number of colours pulled from the image. Thanks C
  8. Hi Andreas, Welcome to the forums I have removed your email address from your post as it is publicly visible and you would likely receive spam. This is a known issue that is currently logged with our developers to be fixed in the mean time the suggestions in the following post should explain how to solve this issue when it occurs. Thanks C
  9. Hi TomBro, Sorry for the late response to your post. Does TrueNAS use a management app of any sort etc? If it does does closing this app allow you to open the file? Thanks C
  10. Hi ogdredweary, I apologise for the delayed response, unfortunately its hard to say what might be happening here without a copy of the file. If possible could you provide a copy of your original file with the problem TOC so I can take a look at how its been setup etc. Thanks C
  11. Hi Marand313, If you fully restart the iPad app does this issue still occur? Thanks C
  12. I believe this is a known bug setting all of the blend mode of all of the layers in your design to Normal instead of PassThrough should solve this problem. We should hopefully have a fix for this soon.
  13. Hi Morten Lerager, Once you have created your Astro Stack you should be able to import your FITS file via the files Panel that appears towards the right side of the app where the Layers panel would typically be. Thanks C
  14. Hi Dj4n90, Welcome to the forums If possible could you provide a sample file of this image prior to the hard line appearing when using the Haze Removal tool? This will allow me to do some tests at my end in order to give you the best advice. Thanks C
  15. I have logged this to be improved in the future
  16. Hi Strekosa, When running the iPad app are you able to double tap the startup screen in order to make the reset menu appear? If it does please could you click select all and then clear to see if this solves your issue? Thanks C
  17. Hi Ed Lyons, Please could you provide a sample document demonstrating this issue? Just to clarify this REGEX worked correctly in V1 but not in V2? Thanks C
  18. We don't have an ETA on this issue I'm afraid but I can confirm our dev team are still actively looking into the problem it hopefully shouldn't be too long.
  19. Hi Podge, Welcome to the forums I'd imagine this by design as our app can't interpret INDD files at all only IDML files and when the file is imported it can't read the embedded or linked INDD file as thus replaces it with the X you are seeing. The only way I can imagine you'd be able to get around this would be to convert the INDD files to IDML prior to placing them into your IDML document. Thanks C
  20. Hi Jui, I apologise for the delayed response to your post. Please could you try going into the apps preferences and under performance try disabling Metal Compute acceleration to se if this prevents the freezing when working on a large file? Thanks C
  21. Hi Thobal, This is going to be very difficult for us to investigate as we don't really have a setup like this that we can test with etc and we haven't had any reports of this issue before. I have found a Reddit thread of someone describing a similar issue in PhotoShop would you mind taking a read through it to see if any of the suggestions help at all? It may be worth running a benchmarking tool that can stress test your CPU/GPU if you have one available just to see if this also produces the noise. Thanks C
  22. Hi James, I apologise for the delayed response to your post. 72 DPI is the default for placed PDFs in Affinity. Unfortunately there is no way to change the default place DPI however you can up the DPI via the menu in your screenshot to your desired value. Thanks C
  23. Hi Josbin, Welcome to the forums, I apologise for the delayed response to your post, I have tried to recreate this here but I'm not having much luck. If possible could you provide a copy of the file so I can investigate this further? Thanks C
  24. Hi Josbin, Please could you confirm if this issue still occurs with our latest 2.0.4 version? Thanks C
