  7. Hi All, This is somewhat of a known issue with AMD GPUs at the moment I'm afraid. As far as I'm aware this is something AMD themselves are looking into and should hopefully be able to roll out a fix for in a future driver update. You should see better performance with Open CL disabled it may be worth trying the unsandboxed version of the app as it has been reported that this gives a slight performance increase. Hi Ziraffazog, Welcome to the forums I apologise for the delayed response to this thread we have been dealing with an extremely large number of posts recently and unfortunately a few threads such as this one seem to have slipped through the net. I will log this file with our developers however there is no guarantee that we will be able to repair it for you. If possible could you tell me the last edits you made to the file and if it was stored locally or on a network drive etc? Any information you can provide will go a long way towards helping us prevent issues like this in the future. Thanks C

  11. Hi TrueDeviL, Please could you try disabling Open CL in the apps preferences under the performance tab to see if this makes any difference at all? Thanks C

Hi All, We currently have a logged known issue that causes this when you have folders synced to your drive from a Cloud service such as iCloud or OneDrive etc. Please could you confirm if this is the case? This is something are developers are actively investigating and we hope to have solved soon. Thanks C

  18. Hi Angelinacab, Welcome to the forums Your file should contain all of your content up until the most recent save. I've never known a crash to cause data to be lost in a saved file. Please could you make sure you are opening the most recent copy of your saved file? Thanks C
