Hi Needleswift, its hard to say why this might be happening without seeing a copy of the file and its contents I'm afraid. If possible please could you upload a copy of the file to the following DropBox link so I can look into this further with you. Are you trying to export locally or to a network drive etc? If you have embedded images in your file it may be worth removing and then re-adding them to see if this allows you to export. This is a known bug with having the Tolerance value set to 0% we should have this solved in a future update. Thanks C

Hi Nedde, I understand this happens intermittently but if possible could you provide a screen recording demonstrating this problem? Are you using an Apple Pencil at all and if so does switching to using your finger still cause this issue? Thanks C

If you don't want to provide the full document for any reason you could just create a sample document that includes a small amount of text with the same colour settings applied. That is what I was checking, I'll get this logged with our developers to hopefully avoid the crashing in the future. Just for clarity we currently don't support AVIF files. Thanks C

Hi All, at this time as far as I'm aware we have nothing set in stone as to whether we will add AVIF support etc. However the app shouldn't just crash when you try and place a .AVIF into it so I'll get this logged with our developers. Are you experiencing any issues when placing HIEF or WebP images into Affinity? Thanks C

Hi RickyO, Unfortunately I'm not familiar with this monitor and unfortunately we don't have one here in the office that I can test with. Hopefully another forum user has this monitor and will reply to this thread. However I did manage to find the following Dpreview post that mentions using the ASUS pro art with Affinity and a user there mentions that they use the SRGB setting.
