  1. A video would likely help, provided its not too large you should be able to upload it directly to this forum however if you would rather not post it publicly I can provide a link to our DropBox. Out of interest in your performance preferences what do you have set in the renderer dropdown.
  2. Hi Storrya, Does this happen with one specific file or is it all files? If you disable hardware acceleration does this problem continue to occur? Thanks Callum
  3. Hi Staiwaywit, I have logged this with our developers to be investigated further, I'll update this thread once I have more info. Thanks C
  4. Hi Brettha, If possible could you provide a screen recording demonstrating this issue with the layers panel clearly visible? This will allow me to investigate this further with you. Thanks C
  5. Hi Hematite, Please try the steps Not my Fault suggested above and if they don't solve this issue let me know and I'll look into this further with you. Thanks C
  6. Hi BradBrighton, Just to confirm does this happen often or was this just a one off occurrence? Thanks C
  7. Hi Bernieraffe, From the steps you provided it sounds as though it should be working. If possible could you provide a screen recording showing this workflow just so I can check for anything that might be going wrong? Thanks C
  8. Hi Chirpy, I have logged this for further investigation from a member of our dev team. I'll update this thread once I have more info. Thanks C
  9. Hi Karen, Welcome to the forums Please could you tell me exactly which version of Affinity Photo 2 you are using and if possible could you provide a screen recording demonstrating this crash? Thanks C
  10. Hi Rob, The images you uploaded alongside your post don't seem to have uploaded correctly please could you try re-adding them? It may also be handy to have a copy of the file so I can try this here at my end. If you would rather not post it publicly let me know and I will provide you with a link to our DropBox. If you remove and re-add the problem images does the file export correctly? Thanks C
  11. Hi Daniel From what I can see this isn't something that is on our radar to be added right now I'm afraid as other features are taking priority. Unfortunately all I can really say is the same thing I did in 2019 which is that this may be added in a future update. Thanks C
  12. Hi Eric, This is because the logo is still present on your background and low/high frequency layers. If you select the background layer and hide all of the other layers you should see the logo is still present. With the background layer selected inpainting over the logo should remove it from that layer entirely however you may need to recreate your frequency separation or also manually remove it from these layers using the same method. Thanks Callum
  13. Hi xxxxx, Welcome to the forums I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble installing the Affinity apps. I am confident we should be able to help you get the app installed however if you would rather obtain a refund please contact Affinityreturns(at)serif(dot)com. Thanks C
  14. Hi Laganama, Welcome to the forums Thank you for making us aware of this I have logged this with our developers to be fixed in a future version. I'll update this thread once I have more info. Thanks C
  15. Hi Ezbaze, We have a very similar known issue to this does enabling Open CL in the apps performance preferences solve this issue? Thanks C
  16. Hi Uclelegion, This isn't a plugin we officially support so I'd expect potential issues like this I'm afraid. If you haven't already you could try disabling Open CL in the apps performance preferences. Thanks C
  17. Hi Clayton, Please could you confirm if you have tried Pšenda's suggestion found above? Thanks C
  18. Hi Vinodnayakyahoo, Please could you try the suggestion found in the following thread to see if this solves your issue? Thanks C
  19. Hi Jportraits, Please upload your file to the following link and I'll see what I can do, please note there is no guarantee we can fix a file once corrupted. Please could you also tell me the last edits you were making to the file and if it was saved locally or to a cloud drive etc? Any information you may be able to provide will go towards helping us prevent issues like this in the future. https://www.dropbox.com/request/OglxopwvXlJ9RX1u6B0j Thanks C
  20. Hi Stacky, Unfortunately these forums are exclusively for Serif's new Affinity range of products. Our older products such as Craft Artist 2 are no longer supported by us due to their age. The below post should explain more regarding this and includes a link to a user made support site for the legacy products which you may find handy however its not directly affiliated with us in any way. Thanks C
  21. Hi Gerard, I believe this is a known issue that is fixed in our latest beta builds. You can download the beta from the following link Thanks C
  22. Hi GrahamMYC, It should just appear under the adjustment in the adjustments panel. To apply it you just need to double click it
  23. Hi Mick, This is because when you have a layer selected Layer > Show All is trying to unhide any child layers of that layer and not all layers within your document. For now I would just recommend making sure you deselect any layers prior to using Layer > Show All. Thanks C
  24. From my experience here I can scroll the panel even without scroll bars however I have a mouse wheel, you should still be able to scroll the panel by positioning your cursor below the file format dropdown as this is always on top and then using your mouse's equivalent of a scroll wheel. I have logged scrollbars not being included in this panel as a potential improvement for the future. Thanks C
  25. Hi Mike, Good catch I've logged this with our developers to be investigated further Thanks C
