  2. Hi H.gettes, Please could you try uninstalling Affinity and then redownloading and reinstalling from where you originally purchased the app? This should automatically install the latest version of the app Thanks C
  3. Please could you get the employee to try opening the app with the ctrl key held down and when the reset menu appears ensure the first 3 options are ticked and then hit reset? This should hopefully solve this issue.

  9. I can't find any previous logs regarding this but it seems as though this was inadvertently fixed by a change made in 2.4.

  11. Hi Larry, I believe this is the result of you creating a shortcut to the sandboxed MSIX exe which will change location with each update. If this was previously a desktop shortcut the following guide should explain how to create one that wont have this issue. Thanks C
  12. Our apps are developed by completely separate teams within the company more features for Designer in one patch doesn't mean less features for Publisher and vice versa. DWG and DXF export is something I personally see requested fairly often I imagine it will be very well received by Designer users.
  13. I thought that might be the case, I'm also having some difficulty replicating this unfortunately I'll have to run it by the QA team tomorrow once I'm back in the office.

Hi Affinity Rat, I currently don't have access to an iPad until tomorrow unfortunately, but when exporting this here on the desktop version of Affinity both curves are preserved when exporting with all of the advanced export options dropdowns set to Preserve editability. Please could you try using the corresponding options found in the iPad export menu? Thanks C
