  1. Hi CekariYH, Welcome to the Forums! It doesn't support Macros/Actions at the moment but it is something we are working to have added in the future :) C
  2. Hi iTosaf, This issue is caused by the effects you have used not being supported by .SVG so they are being rasterised. Removing the effects will allow you to export without the logo being divided.,If you would like to read more about why this is the case you can see a post from one of our developers discussing it in this thread :) C
  3. Hi Evtonic3 You will see the change instantly when you switch provided that you went to Document > Assign ICC profile. Please could you try again and let me know if you have any issues. C
  4. Hi Sc300, Welcome to the Forums! Unfortunately you will need to rename the colour back to its pantone every time. In regards to the second part of your post there is a searchfield towards the bottom of the Swatches tab (see attahed) you can use this field to find swatches by name :) I hope this helps C
  5. Hi Designmc, Welcome to the Forums! Unfortunately there isn't a way to turn off the tranparent effect you get when streching out your selection. If you would like to see an option like this added to the program I would recommend making a post on our Feature Requests page :) C
  6. Hi LilihaCelpaa, The issue with your file is due to the blend mode of the 2 groups being set to Passthrough, exporting to SVG will cause any layer without Normal as the blend mode to be rasterised. During export you should see a More button (see attached) this should make an extra set of options appear one of these options is Rasterise could you make sure this is set to nothing then try exporting your document? Hope this helps :) Thanks Callum
  7. Hi Boddicker, Welcome to the Forums! This effect can be achieved by playing with the Opacity settings in the Layers tab towards the right hand side of the app (see attached). Draw the rectangles select the one that is on top and then lower the opacity slider until it looks how you want :) C
  8. Hi Mahogna, Welcome to the Forums :) It sounds as though the .DMG file hasn't downloaded properly please could you download it again to see if you get the same issue? Please let me know if this does not resolve your issue so that I may investigate this further for you! C
  9. Hi RasterWolf, Welcome to the Forums :) We don't currently have any plans to create a video editing app but that doesn't mean it cant happen in the future :) C
  10. Hi Putsomecrap, Welcome to the Forums :) Auto distribution is for object spacing to enable it you have to apply spacing to the objects by clicking the highlighted buttons (see attached) C
  11. Hi UKRIS, Welcome to the Forums :) Please could you attach the .afphoto project file that you have been using to this post so that I may look into this issue further for you? If you don't want to post it directly on here please send me a private message :) C
  12. Hi Jay_esc1, Welcome to the Forums : ) Please could you try turning off the Assistant by clicking the butler icon (see attached) and then un ticking Enable Assistant. Once you have done this you will need to close and re open your RAW file you should find that it now opens properly :) I hope this helps! C
  13. Hi Jim, Going to File > Save will overwrite the file in its location where you have opened it from. It will only ask you where you would like to save if you have not already saved the file after creating it. Unfortunately there isn't any way around this without using File > Save As. C
  14. Hi Koehler, Welcome to the Forums :) There isn't a way to deactivate dynamic zoom at the moment I'm afraid. If you would like to see this feature added in a future version I would recommend making a post in our Feature Requests section :) C
  15. Hi Get Pro Copy, Welcome to the Forums! Sorry to hear that you are having issues opening your photos in the app, please could you try right clicking one of your images and go to Open With > Affinity Photo to see if that gets the image to open? Hope this helps C
  16. Hi Greuzebermayer, Please could you point me to one of the tutorials for Photoshop/Gimp that you tried to follow to see if I can find a way to get it to work for you? :) C
  17. Hi Digbydo You can achieve this effect by adding a Black and White adjustment layer to your image and then painting onto it. To do this Make sure the brush colour is set to Black and then paint over the adjustment layer with the Brush Tool. You will notice that where you paint your colour will come back so all you will need to do is paint over the red sections :) If you paint over too much and bring back the colours you don't want you can paint over them in black to make them black and white again! C
  18. Hi Msintros, Please could you provide the project file that has the layer in it so that I may look into this further for you? Thanks C
  19. Hi Marcel, We don't currently support Fujifilm X-pro2 files yet but we are updating our RAW list as we go along. Apple may add support for the X-pro2 to OS X before us, if this is the case you can switch the RAW engine over in the Develop Assistant to use Apple's instead. C
  20. Hi Evtonic3, The maximum number of snapping candidates you can have on screen at a time is 6 you can see a post from one our developers explaining this here. Thanks C
  21. Hi FrankieFish, You will have to buy new licenses for the Windows platform I'm afraid. C
  22. Hi Gord, Please could you provide the images that you are using so that i can make a video demonstrating how to do this for you :) If you don't want to post them here please send me a private message :) Thanks C
  23. Hi Ian, We will be releasing DAM software in the future but at the moment we don't ETA I'm afraid. C
  24. Hi Susan, Welcome to the Forums :) To check the size of your document go to File > Document Setup here you will see the Dimensions of your document listed. You can change the dimensions from this menu but it will only resize the canvas and not the contents of the document unless you change the Objects Will setting to Rescale. If it is in the wrong Unit of measurement you can change it by using the Document Units dropdown above the Dimensions Tab. I hope this helps :) C
