  1. Hi Uncle808us, I am sorry to hear that you aren't finding the app suitable to your needs. If you would like to request a refund the best way to do it would be to contact the Mac App Store Support Team to see if they can help you, however I think they have a mandatory refund period so they may not be able to do much at this point. Thank you for being an active and contributing member of our community for the past year, your feedback has been greatly appreciated :) If you need and help or have any questions don't hesitate to message me. C
Vielen Dank C

  11. Hi RRkradio, Sorry  ! I got a little confused after reading "during my workflow i was used to edit images in photoshop, convert them in cmyk (fogra39) and then save as tiff with profile." I thought that was what you were trying to achieve Please could you attach the Tiff file to this thread so that I may look into this further for you? Anything you send to me will be deleted once I have looked at it :) C
  12. Hi FabianSchempp, Welcome to the Forums :) Please could you go to File > Export > PDF and then click the More button towards the bottom of the window. This should bring up some advanced export options one of them should read [Rasterise:] please change this drop down to nothing then try exporting to see if your pixel layer stays transparent :) I hope this helps C
  13. Hi Rrkradio, If you go to File > Document Setup > Colour you will see the options to Convert your current colour profile to another one. here you can change the image into CMYK by selecting it from the Colour Format dropdown and making sure convert is selected and not assign. Once you have done this and made any further edits you would like to make you can go to File > Export > Tiff and from the Preset dropdown select TIFF CMYK. This should do what you are looking for :) C
  14. Hi Misterga, As your purchase was through the Mac App Store you would have to contact them and request your money back so that you could purchase a Windows licence when it is available. 16. Hi Nicoppc, The Pen Tool and the Node Tool are both assigned the same shortcut. Pressing [P] will first switch to the Pen Tool then to the Node Tool if you press [P] again, is the shortcut used for all the tools on the Brush Tool flyout menu so it will cycle through the tools with each press of the key. C

  21. Hi Creative_Wanderer, Welcome to the Forums :) This is most likely down to you using 16bit colour deph. Clicking the highlighted button in my screenshot below will bring up a menu which will allow you to change the colour deph back to 8bit! I hope this helps C
  22. Hi Polayer5, Glad to hear it! Let me know if you have any other questions :) C
  23. Hi Polayer5, Welcome to the Forums :) It isn't currently possible I'm afraid but you could work around this by doing the following. 1. Write the number one then apply a stroke to it and make it white 2. Right click your number one in the layers tab and click Duplicate 3. With the newly duplicated layer selected go to Layer > Arrange and Move to Back 4. Now make the stroke on this layer bigger than the stroke on our first layer and set it to red. It should now look similar to your example :) C
