Hi Ikikuru, The 3D layer FX you have applied to your logo is what's causing this as most layer FX will be rasterised on export to SVG. You would need to remove these effects to export a true vector version of your image. Thanks C

I can't comment on hardware acceleration I'm afraid, in my experience it seems to be temperamental working well for some but not for others I'd imagine its something we are still looking into improving but as for exactly when or what changes might be coming this isn't information I have access to. Just to clarify did you try both the view quality and the renderer dropdown?

Hi Gary apologise for the delayed response we have been very busy with the 2.2 update. I can't seem to recreate this here using your file however it doesn't seem to be the same file shown in your original screen recording. If you set the view quality dropdown to fastest does this behaviour change at all? It may also be worth trying to change the options shown in the renderer dropdown to see if any of the options make a difference. Thanks C

Its worth noting that this issue currently only occurs if the app are set to use Light UI rather than the default Dark UI. Currently pasting "defaults delete com.seriflabs.affinityphoto" into terminal should reset the app to the default Dark UI solving this problem until we release an update however we have found mixed results with this fix internally so it may not work for everyone. Hi d.c. avallone, Would you be able to provide one of the Affinity project files in question so I can take a look at the 3D effect here at my end? I wonder though if this wont be as obvious when not printed onto a material with light reflecting off it etc. Thanks C
