  1. Hi MxHeppa, Apologies but not sure I understand you question if possible could you provide some screenshot etc that demonstrate this problem? Thanks C
  2. Hi WillDo, Welcome to the forums If possible could you provide a screen recording demonstrating this issue? Thanks C
  3. Hi Peter, I've been looking into this with a member from our QA team and we are struggling to replicate this as the files you provided have missing links and the images that you pasted into your forum post have all been converted to RGB. Would you be able to provide a recipe we can follow to recreate this issue from scratch or a .zip containing the image files you are using?
  4. Hi HumbleBumble, Welcome to the forums In the past cases of this issue have been fixed by removing and re-adding your printer, please could try fully removing the printer from your system and then re-adding it to as it should solve this problem for you. Thanks C
  5. Hi Colin Red, We don't have any tutorials that cover exporting for retina displays specifically. You may find the following article helpful with this: https://affinity.help/publisher2/English.lproj/index.html?page=pages/Publishing/publishPDFFiles.html&title=Publishing PDF files Thanks C
  6. This is currently by design but there is an improvement logged for this to be changed in the future. Thanks C
  7. Hi Giverly, Unfortunately at this time there is no way to limit select same to specific areas of a document etc. I'd recommend making a post about this in the feature requests section. Thanks C
  8. I believe that this is the correct answer in this thread I will make a log with our docs team for this to be updated.
  9. Hi Huangzhikang, Unfortunately this file appears to be corrupt I can log it with our dev team to see if it can be repaired but they are typically very busy so it may be sometime until they can take a look at your file and there is no guarantee it can be repaired if its time sensitive I would recommend starting again from scratch. Please could you tell me the last changes you made to the file and if it was last saved to location local to your computer or a network drive etc? Thanks C
  10. HiSwvinageon1, Welcome to the forums I'm not sure if I have fully understood what you are looking for but I believe the attached screen recording should explain how to do this in Affinity. If you have any trouble following it or have any questions feel free to post them here and I'll get back to you asap. Thanks C bleed around object.mov
  11. I have made a log internally with our developers to take a look at this issue as it does appear as though the L value is being modified despite the help stating this shouldn't be the case. I'm not sure wether this is intended behaviour and the help just needs updating or not but once I receive more info I'll post an update here. Thanks C
  12. Hi Affinity Rat, In Publisher you should still be able to type content etc as the layer lock works the same as in Photo, you will however need to switch back to the table tool when selecting the locked table object in order to edit any of the cells. Its also worth mentioning that items on master pages may look locked when being viewed on an actual page without edit detached enabled I figured its worth mentioning this just so you don't catch yourself out. If you have any issues let me know. Thanks C
  13. Hi MartinArt, Please could you tell me if you are using the MSIX or MSIEXE version of the apps? Please could you also provide a screenshot of your entire performance preferences window so I can look into this further with you?
  14. 对于延迟响应,我深表歉意,看起来您的 IDML 文件在打开时崩溃了,这是我需要与我们的开发人员一起记录的内容,您能告诉我使用哪个版本的 Indesign 创建此文件吗?
  15. I've had a member of our QA team looking into this with me and we are both struggling to replicate this I'm afraid. If possible could you provide a copy of the file in question so I can look into this further with you?
  16. Hi Guys, I've logged this to be investigated further ill update this thread once I have more info. Thanks C
  17. Thanks Alfred I've logged this to be updated.
  18. Hi eobet, If you navigate to the apps preferences under tools do you have select objects that intersect with selection marquee selected? Thanks C
  19. Hi Piotrus3333 I believe it should be working fine but there can be issues in specific cases please could you provide a copy of the file you are trying to open? Thanks C
  20. There's no hardcoded limits etc but iPad hardware will be a limiting factor overall. In regards to the app slowness that you have described did you have a few other files open in the app at all or even any other apps open in the background.? Thanks C
  21. Hi Edee, Just to confirm does this issue occur in multiple PDF viewers? If possible could you provide a copy of the .afdesign file in question so I can see why this might be happening? Thanks C
  22. Hi Stepaan, Could you provide one of the PDFs in question or a screen recording that demonstrates this issue? Thanks C
  23. Hi Not my fault, I have logged this to be fixed in a future update Thanks C
  24. Currently this behaviour is by design image frames won't detect any images being dropped into them in an area that is not within the boundry of the page/bleed. I do think this is something that should be improved however and will log an improvement for this internally. @bbrother The pasteboard currently only really expands horizontally from your page, there is a small area vertically for bleed etc but majority of this space is left blank to allow room for more pages etc. You can expand this area by adding a large bottom or top bleed to your page but this is less than ideal for most workflows.
