Wow – thank you very much. Really helpful. There wasn´t any thing about this on my account, so I´m vary happy that you sent me the link even though it´s in German. I do however speak and read German so no problem at all. I have downloaded both my programs Photo and Designer and I can also see that my key codes are listed there, so all for me now is to install them and fill out the figures and also unregister on my 30 day trial for version 2 on Affinity Photo. I wasn´t quite sure on how to get my Affinity Photo installed on my new PC, so I downloaded a 30-day trial version hoping to be able to activate my license key through here in the program. However, I am not able to find anywhere in the program where I can do this. I bought the Affinity program 22nd March 2020 and do have my license key numbers. I also bought the Affinity Designer program on 4th. March 2020, which I am also interest in to install on my new computer, and I also have the installation key to that program. How do I get on. I just bought the Affinity Photo as well as the E-book + the exercise files. On page 16 it is shown that opening the “Media Browser” under VIEW, you can open any photo from your computer. On my newly downloaded Affinity Photo there is no “Media Browser” shown under VIEW or anywhere at all ????? Help needed ? Kind regards, Torben Sorensen Denmark

Hello, I have same problem, but let me just begin elsewhere. Yesterday I purchased ( downloaded ) Affinity Designer on my newly bought laptop. Works perfect, but now for all my Draw Plus X8 files ( and there are loads of them ) I understand I will have to convert / save again / export? / as PDF files, in order to be able to open / work with them in Affinity Designer. That brings me to another question. I have the Draw Plus 8X on my stationary computer and tried to install it on the new laptop but as the X8 is and “online” upgrade from my X6, which I have on a DVD, it would not install due to WIN 8.1 only, and as the laptop runs on WIN 10 – not possible. So, can I install Affinity Designer on my stationary computer as well and just download it and use the same Production key I received for my laptop download ? Sorry if it sounds a bit complicated but I hope you get the point. Kind regards, Torben,Denmark
