Ahh firstdefence as soon as I saw your comment, everything clicked into place, I was indeed on a different brush setting... the answer was right in front of me Thanks for replying!

When I use my pen or pencil tool, small gaps start to appear even if I draw a straight line, anybody know what is up with this and or can lend a helping hand?!

Cracks/gaps are appearing in the lines and curves as soon as I start using either the pen or pencil tool?? I have played around with snapping settings yet I'm pretty stumped as to what this issue is as I've newly moved from Adobe to Affinity. Hellppp??!
