Apart from any workaround and beta version, is there any guess of when an updated production version of Affinity Photo 1.8 plus Publisher and Designer might be available? -

Although I was not mentioned in the above user list, I exported the registry keys and uploaded them into your dropbox plus some of the fonts inside the directories I was able to find. There are also fonts listet which should reside in C:\Program Files\WindowsApps. However, I was unable to access them and include it, here. Kind regards- 69 replies

I would like to add that I get the same error in the Windows Event Log as reported by trevordl. None of the temporary solutions worked for me at all. Uninstalling version 1.8.0 and re-installing 1.7.3 fortunately made Photo work again. More information on this issue is very appreciated.
