I start Affinity Photo that I bought and receive a message that a new update is available. I click on the download and the download starts no problem. But when I want to run it the wizard starts, then crashes and I have installation failure So I cannot have version 1.8.0. My PC (Windows 10) cannot install it. even by deactivating the anti virus What should I do? How to get the update? thank you Anne Boutarin

Je démarre Affinity Photo que j'ai acheté et je reçois un message indiquant qu'une nouvelle mise à jour est disponible. Je clique sur le téléchargement et le téléchargement démarre. quand je clicque dessus Je ne peux pas installer le fichier.
